Countries We Ship To
We ship orders to most countries around the world, including the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe, UAE and more. If your country is not listed during checkout, please contact our customer service prior to placing your order.
Order Processing
Order processing is completed and shipped in 1-3 business days upon payment confirmation. However, processing time can take longer during busy periods (i.e., holidays, sales) or for specified items. If there are any unforeseen situations causing your order processing time to be delayed, you will be notified in a timely manner.
Shipping Method
All shipping will take place through one or more reliable couriers established worldwide (FedEx, DHL, EMS, UPS, etc.), depending on your location and the most suitable shipping method.
Delivery Times
Delivery time is estimated to be 7-14 business days from the shipment date of your order.
Delivery within the USA is typically within 7-9 business days.
Delivery to other countries is usually 7-14 business days.
All delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs clearance and peak shipping times ( holidays sales).
Order Tracking
After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. Please allow 5 days for tracking information to be available on the courier’s website. If you have emailed support and would like to know your tracking number or if you are having difficulty tracking your order, please contact customer service.
Shipping Charges
Most orders qualify for free shipping, which is applicable to almost all countries. If shipping charges apply, you will be prompted to pay at checkout and the charge will be displayed based on your shipping method and destination country.
Custom Duties & Import Fees
The customer is responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes, or import fees, if applicable to your country.
All packages are marked as low-value “Gifts” in order to help minimize import taxes (we still encourage you to check with your local customs office to see if any charges apply before placing your order).
Address
Customers must ensure they provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Once a package is shipped, unfortunately, it will not be re-shipped if the address provided by you was incorrect. If the package has already shipped and you need to change the address, please contact the shipping courier using your tracking information.
Packaging
All items are packed securely to ensure they arrive intact. All packages are also discreet to help mitigate customs delays and maintain privacy.
Multiple Items
If you ordered more than one item, they may ship separately from different locations. In this case, you will receive separate tracking numbers and your deliveries could arrive at different times.
Order Issues
Please contact customer service for anything regarding your order, including if you do not receive your order within the estimated time frame.
Lost Packages: If your package was lost in transit, we will send a replacement free of charge.
Damaged Packages: If you received damaged goods, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item, include photos of the damaged product, and we will send you a replacement.
