We want you to make enjoyable purchases at reptime.cc. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow our return and exchange policy:

1. Return Policy

Return Timeframe

You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your original order.

Return Conditions

  • The item must be in original brand new, unused condition, with all original packaging, accessories, tags and protective films and more, still in place.

  • No return will take place if the item has been worn, damaged, used, or if the item arrives to us without the original packaging, tags, or accessories.

  • You must provide proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt.

Return Process

  1. Contact customer service at [email protected] with your return request, a reason for return, and the attached photos of the item.

  2. Once we approve your return, we send you the return address and instructions.

  3. Please use a trackable shipping method to return your item. You are responsible for paying for the return shipping.

  4. After we receive your returned item, and inspect it, we will refund your item within 2-5 business days back to your original payment method (timing may vary upon bank or payment provider).

Returns for Quality Issues

If you find the item defective or damaged upon delivery, you can request a return within 3 days of receiving your item. Return shipping costs will be covered by reptime.cc.

2. Exchange Policy

Exchange Period

If you find quality issues or receive the wrong item, you can request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.

Exchange Policy

  • Items must be in brand new, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories.

  • If the exchange is for personal reasons (e.g. wrong model/color ordered), you will be responsible for all shipping charges.

  • If the exchange is for a quality issue, or if you received the wrong item, reptime.cc covers the shipping costs.

Exchange Process

  1. Please contact customer service at [email protected] and let us know you would like an exchange, as well as a description and photos of any issues.

  2. You will receive the exchange address and details for the return once the exchange is approved.

  3. Please send the item in as instructed. When we receive the item and confirm its condition, we will send your replacement item within 3-7 business days.

Exchanges for Quality Issues

If you received a defective or incorrect item, you can exchange it. Reptime.cc will cover the return shipping costs and send you a replacement item.

Canceling an Order

If you are going to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has shipped, please follow the return process when the package arrives.
